ReplyDeletein Kerala we have a better version of the chilli chicken called the chicken 'kondattam'[ i know it does sound odd :P] . they dry the chicken meat and then make the curry using the very same ingredients as that of the chilli chicken. Its bloody good! only available at certain hill station in the western ghats though. [ i suppose they are the only people who knows to 'dry' a chicken in a manner that it remains juicy]. jee i cant even type!
ReplyDeleteOooh... Sounds delicious. :)
